  Placed 2 orders within 2 weeks, several items missing off each order, called and explained the issue with the first order, was promised a call back that day....didnt get a call even the next day, called again and again promised a call back, nothing after 1 week, called spoke to the manager he arranged for the missing items to be replaced had to wait another week even though I'm only 4 miles from them! with the second order I reported the issue no one ever returned calls or emails. Will be ordering from elsewhere on all up and coming projects
